Texas author Caryl McAdoo's novel, Vow Unbroken, debuts in early March. She appears at the Grand Prairie Main Library from 10 to 11 am on March 8 for a booksigning.
McAdoo's historical Christian romance is set in Texas' Red River Valley in 1832.
Susannah Abbot Baylor reluctantly hires Henry Buckmeyer to help her get her cotton crop to market. She knows Henry’s reputation as a layabout, but does not expect his good looks or gentle manner. A romantic relationship begins that only gets more complicated when Susannah learns that Henry doesn’t know God the way she does. Dangers arise on the road—but none as difficult as the trial her heart is going through.
Books will be available for purchase at the event.
