Posted Date: 9/30/2012

It’s all about pumpkins at Grand Prairie Farmers Market, 120 West Main St., from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20. From pumpkin bread to pumpkin pie, pumpkin bowling to pumpkin decorating, we’re just crazy about those gourds. Bounce houses, face painters, piñatas, food trucks and art booths add to the Pumpkin Craze. Enjoy the season’s fruits and vegetables and welcome the coming of fall.

The Grand Prairie Farmers Market sells locally grown fruits and vegetables, meats, cheeses, wines, tamales, candles, soaps and much more. The market is open every Saturday, March to December, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
