Warmack Branch hosts up-and-coming authors

What will be the next Hunger Games? The next Twilight? It could come from here in D/FW. The Betty Warmack Branch Library hosts 6 Texas authors for young adults, about to publish their first books. Join us at 6 pm on Thursday, May 9 for a panel discussion hosted by award-winning author John Corey Whaley.

These writers will talk about their writing journey, give tips of the trade, and share the inside scoop on these soon-to-be-hot young adult titles.

John Corey Whaley is the author of Where Things Come Back, which won the William C. Morris Debut Award and the Michael L. Printz Award for Excellence in Young Adult Literature.
