Free Electronics Recycling

Electronics recycling events are scheduled throughout the year. The event is free to Grand Prairie residents (and electronics generated from their homes) but space is limited.  

We cannot accept electronics from commercial businesses.

Registration is required online or by phone at 972-237-8159. If you are unable to select a time during online registration, then all time slots have been filled (please register for another event date).

Please bring your valid Texas driver's license or ID as proof of residency.

Accepted: Computers, laptops, printers, VCRs, DVD players,TVs (no exposed parts please), cellphones

Not accepted: Hazardous materials, liquids, broken monitor tubes, yard equipment, air conditioners, refrigerators

Register

Grand Prairie residents can also bring their recyclables to the landfill any time Monday-Saturday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
