Step 1.Create Customer Self-Service Account

Creating a Customer Self-Service account will allow us to invoice you for the registration fee and ensure the licensing is added to the correct account with the City of Grand Prairie.

Step 2.Review Requirements

The following is required to complete registration:

  • Company information
  • Completed application
  • Copy of applicant's drivers license
  • Copy of state trade license

Step 3.Apply Online

To apply in person, please fill out the plumbing contractor registration form(PDF, 263KB). Bring the completed form, copy of the applicant's drivers license, and copy of state trade license to the Building Inspections Division at City Hall.
