The Fire Prevention Division conducts the following types of permits and inspections within the city limits of Grand Prairie. All permits are require an approved inspection enforceable through the International Fire Code, 2021 edition.
Permits are processed in approximately 10 business days. Depending on updates needed from the applicant, as this can result in longer approval times.
