Walk-ins: Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m. and Thursdays at 1:30 p.m.
Waiting List Walk-ins: Thursdays at 9:00 a.m.
Port Walk-ins (transferring from one Housing Authority to another): Tuesdays at 10 a.m.
Movers Packets: Wednesdays 9:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Fraud investigations develop procedures and manuals for investigating prospective and current participants that are alleged to have violated Housing Quality Standards.

The fraud investigators conduct investigations, gather materials, and present results in termination proceedings for drug related and/or violent criminal activity, unauthorized occupancy, unreported income and other Housing Quality Standard violations.

If you have a complaint against an apartment complex, landlord, hotel or motel, please submit the following online form.

The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in housing because of race or color, national origin, religion, gender, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents or legal custodians; pregnant women and people securing custody of children under 18) or disability.

Send Letter to HUD

Alternatively, you can write a letter to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and include the following information:

• Your Name and Address
• When (date) the discrimination occurred
• Name and Address of all persons who discriminated against you
• Address of where the discrimination occurred
• Short description of why you feel your housing rights were denied
• Mail letter to the address listed above
