Housing Finance Corporation

The Housing Finance Corporation is a legally incorporated entity which functions to stimulate the housing market in the city through the use of tax exempt bonds.

Five members: must have experience in the field of finance, real estate or public housing.

Nominations are submitted by the mayor and council members based on qualifying factors and a consensus is drawn by the council.
