Kits for Adults

To have a kit transferred to your preferred library, place a hold on it in the catalog, and select your pickup location. Kits can not be transferred to the Lake Parks Book Locker, and must be returned to a library branch (not the Book Locker or Epic Reads).

Juvenile cards may not check out a MiFi, any of the Library of Things, a musical instrument, or a Date Night or Learn How kit. These items must be checked out with an adult card.

Our Book Club Kits allow you to check out  10 copies of a single book, plus discussion questions. These kits are an easy way for your new or established discussion group to enjoy the same title.

Stay Sharp Kits are multi-sensory kits to aid in reminiscing, socializing, and evoking memories. They are designed for our older generation, but may be used by anyone. A kit will contain books, puzzles and games.

Stay Sharp Kits can provide a bridge for caregivers and loved ones to communicate and connect. Bring out a kit at a family night, and spark a discussion about shared memories and family traditions. Other uses are for senior activities at a nursing home, family reunion or church group.
