Physical activity program

Stretch, step and salsa as you enjoy movement and great company. These programs are free, and no previous experience is required. Space may be limited; please arrive on time.

The Main Library is located at 901 Conover Dr.

The Warmack Library is located at 760 Bardin Rd.

Yoga for All

Join us for adults-only, beginner friendly, gentle yoga classes. Explore mindfulness, yoga postures and breath meditation. Open to people of all levels, body types, and abilities. Bring your own yoga mat and accessories.

Note: Class is first come first served. Doors will close at 6:10 p.m.

Main Library: Mondays at 6 p.m. (no program March 24)

Warmack Library: Wednesdays at 6 p.m. (no program March 26)

 

Dancing Mindfulness

Come explore mindfulness in this movement-based mindfulness practice. No dance experience is needed. Wear clothes you can move in; socks or barefoot recommended. Note: Email aholstead@gptx.org with questions

Salsa Night

Join us for a spicy evening of salsa dancing! Get ready for a night of lively music and great company to dance the night away. Registration is required: Email cconcha@gptx.org.
