Whether you like your Halloween scary, cozy, or somewhere in-between, swoop by the Library this October for a spooky good time.

Black Moon Party

(Ages 8+) Calling all Witchlings! If toad racing and fashion competitions are your thing, join us for this program to celebrate the third book in the Witchlings series: House of Elephants, by Claribel A. Ortega. 

  • Main: Oct. 4 from 4-5 p.m.

Creep Fest

(Ages 18+) Do you love horror movies? Meet up with horror enthusiasts to watch movie clips of terrifying clowns throughout the decades! 

  • Main Library: Friday, Oct 11 at 6 p.m.

Monster Bash 

It’s a graveyard smash! Trick and treat yourself to some Halloween fun as you Boo-gie the night away with monster music. 

  • Warmack Library: Friday, Oct. 25 at 5:30-7 p.m.

Spooky Toddler Time

(Ages 1-3) Jump into your costume for spooky songs, a fangtastic book and lift your spirits with skele-fun activities! 

  • Shotwell Library: Monday, Oct. 28 at 11 a.m. 
  • Main Library: Wednesday, Oct. 30 at 11 a.m.
  • Warmack Library: Thursday, Oct. 31 at 11 a.m.

Not-So-Spooky Family Storytime 

(Ages 1-3) Put on your costume and join us for a not-so-spooky themed story time.

  • Main Library: Tuesday, Oct. 29 at 11 a.m.

Cuentos y Cantos y Caramelos 

Put on your costume and join us for Halloween stories and songs in Spanish and English.

  • Shotwell Library: Thursday, Oct. 31 at 11 a.m.
