Lake Ridge Multi-Use Facility Survey Results

A targeted survey to measure interest in the development of a multi-use facility south of I-20 is complete and the results are now available.

The City of Grand Prairie mailed instructions to participate in the survey to 19,953 homes south of I-20 in July. The goal was to measure interest in the development of a multi-use facility in one of two locations:

• The northwest corner of England Parkway and Lake Ridge Parkway in the 75054 zip code.
• 5523 and 5531 Lake Ridge Parkway in the 75052 zip code.

The survey yielded an 11.6 percent response rate generating 2,314 survey responses and 2,505 answer selections.
